Get your weekend started early
The site opens and the first tunes drop at 4pm on Friday. If you can wriggle out of work a bit early, do it — the sooner you're through the gate, the more time you've got to get the tent up and get to the bar before the night kicks off properly. Friday night's got a big lineup of its own, so don't treat it as just a warm-up — get down early and be part of it.
An early start, and a long one
Get an early night in on Friday, because Saturday doesn't let up. Flat Whytes and Rod & Char Cafe have you covered from 10am — coffee from Flat Whytes, and bacon butties or sausage baps from Rod & Char Cafe, with veggie and vegan options for both.

Yoga Flow & Meditation
Reset. Recharge. Get Ready.
From 10:30am, ease into day 2 with breathwork and guided meditation led by Imogen Hobart. Your mind, body, and hangover will thank you.
Ape Human Thing's Saturday morning set runs 11am–2pm. The first hour is Bottle FM — like the radio show the Bottlefest Crew often host — vinyl and some more relaxed numbers to go with your sausage bap, before it builds into a full set. The bar opens alongside it at midday.

Ape Human Thing's regular slot on Music Box Radio, brought to Bottled Up in person to open Saturday's music — vinyl and relaxed numbers to ease you in. Here's a taste:
12pm–2pm
Ape Human Thing — Full Set
Bottle FM rolls straight into a full set through to 2pm, taking you from Saturday morning past the opening of the bar.
From 2pm the live bands and acts take the stage, with comedy running alongside through the afternoon. The Bullring Stage opens up too, with more DJs joining the bill as the day goes on — two stages running, so you'll have decisions to make.

Feel free to bring your own bits too — but we're a grassroots event, and we've kept our bar cheap and cold as a thank you for the support. Every pint bought at the bar goes straight back into making Bottled Up happen.
The Afters Tent
Once the main stages close each night, the party doesn't have to stop. The Afters Tent runs both Friday and Saturday night — a smaller, more ambient and chilled-out space to keep dancing into the early hours. It's covered too, so whatever the weather's doing outside, you'll always have somewhere dry to end the night.
One last stop on the way home
Sundays are for winding down slowly. Every Bottled Up wristband gets you a special discount at the Fish & Chip Shop on Southwold Pier, so before you point the car home, swing by the coast for some sea air and a proper cheap feed — a nice way to split up the journey and ease back into the real world. Discount valid Sunday only, wristband required.
